Multi-spindle turning

Single spindle turning

  • Counter spindle machining on a longitudinal turning machine
  • 6 and 8-spindle machining centres with and without NC axes (Schütte and INDEX) including milling operations
     
  • Bar diameter from 5 to 51 mm
     
  • Work piece length up to 200 mm
  • CNC turning from bar feed and also directly chuck mounted (INDEX, Gildemeister, Traub, Mori-Seiki, Weiler)
     
  • Bar diameter from 5 to 70 mm
     
  • Up to 7 axes, 2 turrets with counter spindle
